The article, based on the analysis and generalization of data from literature sources practical experience, identifies main features organization planning athletics classes with student youth. It emphasized effectiveness determined by weight load, intensity work, number approaches repetitions, sequence individual exercises a weekly cycle rest time between approaches. noted structure separate session characterized general principles construction, regardless its content or form, consists three parts: preparatory, basic final. comparative equipment various design carried out. shown simulators dosed physical activity targeted impact certain muscle groups can selectively affect musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular, respiratory nervous systems.
